Merry, Gay, and Bright: Queer Market and Drag Show Vendor Applications

All submitted applications are reviewed by a jury. Applications are graded on inclusion, representation, branding, presentation, and craftsmanship. We aim to include individuals who have positive community involvement and impact.

All products sold must be designed/ made by you. We reserve the right to verify product origins. Any business found to be reselling items from online platforms, or misrepresenting their products' origins, will be removed without refund of fees. Please note that we do not accept vendors selling cannabis, liquor-related products, any AI generated/ AI assisted art in any form, or multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses. We are not licensed for home bakeries or food prepared in a non-licensed facility.

An additonal note on AI work: Any use of AI in current/ previous product offerings or marking material will negatively impact vendor acceptance. Any business who submit AI generated or assisted images or content will not be used for marketing for this market. The use of any of our logos/ marketing material in alongside any AI generated graphics is prohibited. We're here to support queer humans. 

Only accepted vendors will be notified by email, within one week of application closing. Vendor fees are due upon acceptance and are non-refundable and non-transferable. All vendors are required to submit ONE item for a prize giveaway.

Vendor Fees:
6ft wide x 4ft deep - $125 
3ft wide x 4ft deep- $100

Optional: Corner placement - add $30 (not guaranteed)

Applications close October 31st, 2026. You can expect to hear from us within one week of applications closing.
