Merry, Gay, and Bright: Queer Market and Drag Show Vendor Applications

All submitted applications are reviewed by a jury. Applications are graded on inclusion, representation, branding, presentation, and craftsmanship. We aim to include individuals who have positive community involvement and impact.

All products sold must be designed/ made by you. We reserve the right to verify product origins. Any business found to be reselling items from online platforms, or misrepresenting their products' origins, will be removed without refund of fees. Please note that we do not accept vendors selling cannabis, liquor-related products, any AI generated/ AI assisted art, or multi-level marketing (MLM) businesses. We are not licensed for home bakeries or food prepared in a non-licensed facility

Only accepted vendors will be notified by email, within one week of application closing. Vendor fees are due upon acceptance and are non-refundable and non-transferable. All vendors are required to submit ONE item for a prize giveaway.

Vendor Fees:

Earlybird (Applications submitted before August 31, 2026)
6ft wide x 4ft deep - $100
3ft wide x 4ft deep- $75

Applications submitted on/ after September 1, 2026
6ft wide x 4ft deep - $125 
3ft wide x 4ft deep- $100

Optional: Corner placement - add $30 (not guaranteed)
